Had a good time with family but costly extras at hotel. .

Close to the beach . Super market and other food stores.

We had to pay for extras (infinity pool and indoor pool) and they were expensive.

Sweet little break with ocean view

Great location with great breakfast buffet

Lifts can be slow during busy times and coffee shop closes at 6 and Dunkin’ donuts stop serving coffee after a certain time too

Location was good the building looks good from afar

Lack of good quality food Confusing with the signs it was difficult to navigate but outside there’s a lot of restaurants but all seafood so lack of food for those who don’t eat seafood

Good

Location.

Check in staff was cold. Maybe she was overwhelmed with too many guests checking in. Had the end room facing the lake. Glass door to the balcony was not closing tight. One night the wind was blowing really strong. Glass door kept shaking all night long. Thought the door was going to blow away. Scary.

The location ans the view were great!! Specially the room’s view to the beach was great and you can take great pics in the room

We came across with one big and small spiders and the cleaning was really poor to be honest There was hair on the bathrooms floor and walls Also you have to pay for your toothbrush or other things

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

The location was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and there was a variety of facilities on site.

The breakfast was very disappointing and not worth the money. The pool was overpriced too (it should be free for guests) and there was quite a bit of difficulty communicating with the staff (although all the staff were very friendly). The aircon in the room didn't cool the room enough.

The location, view, cleanliness, helpful staff and the infinity pool

In such a good hotel, all restaurants were time restricted. Cafe bar closed at 4 pm, dinner closing at 8 pm and no pool bar.

Wonderful

Room and bathroom was nice and clean. Temperature control was good and the room was comfortable and not stuffy. Staff were friendly. Location was very good. Parking was easy and even when the car park lots were all taken up, the valets helped to park the car. Had no issues with checking-in and out.

Excellent Hotel at a Beautiful Beach

Bright rooms, Good lightening, Excellent WIFI, Sufficient plugs, Big bathroom Gyeongpo beach is beautiful, wide and white; if you walk along the pine trees to the right of the hotel for 15 minutes or so, you come to Gangmun beach, not so beautiful but with some good bakeries, coffeeshops, and restaurants. The taxi drive from Gangneung station is cheap (and short), the pool area on top of the hotel spectacular (but you have as you have everywhere in South Korea, too, to pay for the hotel pool).

I found Skybay to be just excellent, most friendly and helpful staff, too

Very Good

The location is fantastic and it's a beautiful looking hotel. The heated pools were awesome! Definitely the best reason for coming here.

Our room was a little smaller than I thought, but it was fair. What wasn't good were the dirty glasses in the room. And not just smudges on the glassware, but old dirt build up in the bottom of the glasses that give the indication that it's just too hard to clean, so they didn't. Apart from this, the hotel was great.

Gorgeous hotel near the beach

Awesome location, loved the building. Great view from the room over the ocean.

The pool bar wasn't open, so we were less inclined to make use of it.
